At Beatpackshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Beatpackshop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
